The Alzheimer Society provides information, supportive counselling, and education to individuals with dementia, their care partners, and family members in person, over the phone, by email and in discussion groups.

The Alzheimer Society also provides information, education and consultation services to community organizations and local health care agencies.

The Gems of Hope event is launching its inaugural year supporting the Alzheimer Society of Brant and the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton Halton to help them fund the education and services that they provide. This event will be held at the Ancaster Fairgrounds on Friday October 1st, 2010,
